These terms cover your use of Thinkepia (the "Site") and any products you purchase through it. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. The Site
Thinkepia publishes articles and sells digital products (guides, templates, and similar downloadable resources). Content is provided for informational purposes — nothing on the Site is professional advice specific to your situation, and you're responsible for how you use it.
2. Accounts
Some features — commenting, saving articles, buying products — require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Purchases & payment
All products are sold and processed through Whop, our third-party payment and delivery platform. When you buy a product, you're agreeing to Whop's own terms and checkout process in addition to these ones. We don't collect or store your card details ourselves — that happens entirely on Whop's side.
All product sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete — including if you change your mind, buy the wrong item, or don't end up using it. Please review a product's description carefully before buying. If a file is genuinely corrupted or you didn't receive access after payment, contact us and we'll sort out delivery — that's a support issue, not a refund.
4. Access to purchased products
Once you buy a product, your download link is tied to your account and available any time from your purchases page. It doesn't expire. If you lose access for a technical reason, we'll help you get the file back — that's covered under support, separately from the no-refund policy above.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share purchased products outside of personal use, scrape or copy the Site's content wholesale, or use the Site in a way that disrupts it for other people. We can suspend or close accounts that do this.
6. Content ownership
Articles, graphics, and products on the Site belong to Thinkepia or our contributors unless stated otherwise. Buying a product gives you a personal license to use it — it doesn't transfer ownership or give you rights to resell it.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally as the Site or our products change. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.
